Medium bodied white wine.  Pale Lemon in colour with primary aromas of white flowers, lemon, apple and pear with a hint of minerality.

Pair with light appetisers, seafood, or a fresh salad to enhance its elegant and refreshing profile. Its vibrant acidity and delicate flavours also complement cheeses like mozzarella, ricotta, burrata, and Parmesan.
