Gewürztraminer - Jean Becker

Full bodied white wine with pronounced aromatics of perfume, rose, white flowers, lychee and spice.  A subtle pleasing sweetness accompanies the long finish.

Pair with exotic mildly spiced dishes containing cumin, cinnamon, coriander, turmeric, and coriander.  White fish with spring onions and ginger, smoked meat and cheeses such as stilton and roquefort.  Can also be enjoyed as an apéritif.
