Ojos del Sur Pinot Noir

Subtle cherry red in colour with aromas of strawberries and cherries. Very fruity with some notes of spice and vanilla. A fresh, balanced and elegant wine.  20% of the wine is matured in French oak barrels for nine months.

Pair with ravioli, mushroom-based dishes, charcuterie, roast chicken and lean lamb cuts.
