The Waldschütz winery managed by Reinhard Waldschütz is one of the top wineries of the Kamptal wine growing area. The Waldschütz estate dates back to the 18th century. The philosophy of winemaker Reinhard Waldschütz is utilizing sustainable agriculture with the timely and attentive processing of grapes at the perfect ripeness. This allows him to consistently produce first class wines of great clarity, freshness and finesse.

On the palate, this rosé is packed with clearly defined red berry fruits alongside heavily scented zingy citrus notes.  A powerful rosé with a long persistent finish, ultra-dry and fresh.  Harmonious balance provides perfection for long summer evenings.

Pair with poached salmon, sweet and sour Chinese cuisine, paella with prawns, roast chicken wrapped in bacon and ripe Brie.
